Peanut Butter Fudge
Ingredients:
1/3 cup milk
1pkg. Of 6 servings butterscoth pie filling
3tablespoons of butter
½ cups of crunchy peanut butter (divide it in half)
2-1/2 cups of icing sugar.
Preperation:
Blend milk gradually into pudding mix in a medium size pot. Add butter,
and half of the peanut butter.Cook uncovered stir well mixture should boil
around the edges DO NOT Over cook, stir well,quickly blend in icing sugar,
in 3 parts,into pot.Before pouring into pan add peanut butter,mix well,pour into pan.
