Pavlova



Ingedients:
4 egg whites
1 cup (200grams) caster sugar (this is very fine grained sugar)
1 tbs cornflour( i think you call it arrowroot)
2 ts vinegar

Directions:
set oven on a very low heat
Beat egg whites until stiff, add sugar gradually and continue to beat
until the mixture has no grains of sugar left
(this usually takes 10-15 mins )
Fold in cornflour (cornstarch) and vinegar.
Pile in a spring form pan and bake for 1 1/4 -1 1/2 hours until firm ,
allow to cool , when its cooled it will be cracked but thats the way
its supposed to look
spread with whipped cream and top with fruit
example :strawberries with chocolate
passionfruit , kiwi fruit
this dessert is very delicouse and is very popular here
in Australia
