Homemade Baby Wipes
Make your own baby wipes....save money....aviod chemicals.....use for everything.
All you need is:
bounty paper towels(plain white)
2 cups water
2 TBsp baby lotion*
2 TBSP baby soap*
(*or whatever you choose in case your child has allergies....you can even use baby oil
if your child has a bad rash.)
container to place in (a tupperware or old pop up wipe container works)
Out of one roll of paper towels you can get over 300 wipes...for the cost of the roll of towels.
Lay your towels on its side(like a rolling pin) and cut it directly in the middle
( try not to use a serated knife...it makes a mess)
Stand one half up in the container that fits it.Mix water,lotion,and soap together
and pour over the top of the towels.Let saturate and then pull out the middle cardboard peice....
and whala...you have pop up wipes that smell great, you will even want to use them on yourself.
When you no longer need baby wipes anymore you can do the same thing for cleaning wipes
(good bye clorox cleanups) use a cup of water and a cup of cleaner of your choice...
great to keep in the bathroom.
