Ginny's Favorite Chilli
Cut up stewing beef into bite size pieces, I add garlic,
pepper, onion and cajun spices, add anything you like.Sear it in a bit of
oil,till browned. In a pot add I large can of tomatoes, I large can
kidney beans or 2 small cans. Add a couple tablespoons ketshup. Then I tie
crushed chilli peppers in a sack and throw them in. If you're brave you
can toss em in loose. Add the beef to it and simmer for about an hour
till beef is tender. Then boil some egg noodles (I like lots). When
they are done, drain and put in the chili and continue simmering. Enjoy
it hot or mild, as you like it :-)
