Ingredients:
1 CAN WHOLE GREEN CHILIES
1 1/2 LB. GROUND BEEF
1 CUP CHOPPED ONION
6 CORN TORTILLAS
1 JAR ENCHILADA SAUCE(ANY BRAND)
2 CUP'S SHREDDED CHEESE
SOUR CREAM
PICANTE SAUCE(OPTIONAL)
PREPARATION
SLICE 4 CHILIES CROSSWISE, SEED AND RINSE.
BROWN MEAT AND ONION IN CRISCO;DRAIN.
CUT TORTILLAS IN HALF. USE ALL INGREDIENTS
3 TIMES,ALTERNATING LAYERS. COVER AND BAKE
AT 350 DEGREES FOR 30 TO 35 MINUTES.
GARNISH WITH SOUR CREAM AND PICANTE SAUCE.
