Cherry Bars
Ingredients:
1Cup butter
1 3/4Cups sugar
3Cup flour
1/4Tsp Salt
1 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
1Tsp Vanilla
1 Can Cherry Pie Filling
Directions:
Cream together butter and sugar. Sift together: flour, salt, baking
powder and vanilla. Mix well into batter. Put 2/3 of the batter in
bottom of greased jelly roll pan. Spread 1 can cherry pie filling (or other
flavor) over top. Drop remaining batter over top. Bake 30 to 40
minutes at 350F degrees.
