Anzacs




Ingredients:
6oz(about 3/4 cup) rolled oats
3 1/2 oz(1/2 cup) sugar
3 1/14 oz(1/4 cup) flour
1 table spoon golden syrup (corn syrup)
1 tea spoon bi carb of soda (baking soda)
2 table spoons boiling water
4oz butter , melted


Directions:
Set oven at 350*f
Mix oats , sugar and flour
Mix golden syrup , bi carb of soda and boiling water , while frothing
add melted butter and pour over dry ingredients . Mix thoroughly. Drop
spoonfuls on a tray allowing room for mixture to spread. Bake at 350*f
18-20 mins
cool on a cake cooler .
