Whiskey Chicken
Ingredients
4 pounds chicken
2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup whiskey
1 onion,sliced
1 cup grated onions
2 cups chopped tomatoes
1&1/2 cups cream
Preperation
Season chicken peices with salt and pepper.
Melt butter in saucepan; brown chicken on
all sides.Add whiskey,cook over high heat
2 minutes.Add onions,carrots,and cream.
Brint go a boil.Cover,cook over low heat 1/2 hour
until chicken is tender.
