Ingredients
4 cups milk
1/2 tbsp. salt
3 cups sugar
boil together.
In bowl whip together:
1 cup peanut butter
3 eggs
1/2 cup clear jello(4 envelopes unflavored gelatin)
Put into hot mixture. Add 1 1/2 tbsp.butter. Boil
until thick (220* on candy thermometer).Pour
into unbaked pie shells. Bake at 350* for 1 hour
or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Makes 3-4 pies.
