The following Special Character has not been playtested as thoroughly as the ones presented in the army books and is not necessarily as balanced or fair. Consequently, you must agree with your opponent about whether you can use him or not before the battle begins. If you do use this character in your games, then why not email me and let me know what you think?
Lokkonk is the King of ire and can be fielded in a Dwarf army. He counts as a Lord choice and in addition takes up one of your Hero choices as well. This means he will take up both a Lord and a Hero choice. He must be fielded exactly as described here and may not be given any additional equipment. He must be the army's General if taken.

Weapons & Equipment: Lokkonk is armed with the Emerald Axe, wears the Armour of ire, and dons the ire Crown.
Emerald Axe
This axe is inscribed with the Master Rune of the Fighting iresh, adding double strength against enemies with toughness 5+, +1WS, and +1A. The rune was made at midnight when there was no moon in the sky, with powerful incantations and emerald dust.
Armour of ire
The Gromril Armour bears the Master Rune of Steel (enemy must re-roll successful rolls to wound), and a Rune of Stone (increasing his armour save to 3+).
The ire Crown
This bears the Master Rune of Luck (3+ Ward Save), The Master Rune of Luck was forged into the kings crown by the first Rune Lord of Karak Eire. A lot of luck went into the making of this item and the results have never since been duplicated.
SPECIAL RULES: Dwarf Pride
Lok'konk is extreamly proud of being a dwarf and thinks anyone who isn't a dwarf isn't worth the air they breath; even more so than most dwarfs. As a result, any army led by Lokkonk can never ally themselves with any army other than another Dwarf army. Also the army cannot include any units from the Dogs of War. Additionally Lokkonk is immune to psychology caused by any opponent who is not a dwarf.
