| While you're probably familiar with Stephen Lee Rich as an entertainer you may not know that he is also a cartoonist. "The Peculiar World of Snoot" is about the adventures of Sam Spindler. Sam is a completely normal man except for the fact that he shares a two-bedroom apartment in Camp Randall, WI with an elephant, a pair of midget circus clowns, and a retired human cannonball. |
