Her father worked for the City of Grasberg and her mother was a Student to become a Kindergarten Teacher.
Her parents seperated in 1979 and she stayed with her father.
In 1981 her littel sister Michelle was born to her mother and to her stepfather.
Antje was in 9th Grade when her father drowned in the river behind her house. Her dad died on 20 August 1988.
After her father's death, she stayed with her Aunt & Uncle in Eickedorf (which is part of Grasberg). In January 1989, her mother deceided that she need to live with her and so she had to move to Bramsted-Lohe which is part of the City of Hagen in Bremeschin. So she had to switch high schools in the middle of the School year. In 1990 she graduated from the Herman-Allmers-Schule in Hagen.
After completing High-School, she went to the Berufsfach Schule in Osterholz-Scharmbeck. In 1991 her little Brother Lucas was born. After only one year there, her stepfather told her either she had to start learning a job or she would be on the street. So she stoped going to schule and started to train as a Hardware Retail Sales Person.
On 06 January 1992 she meet her former husband, on 16 January 1992 he asked her to marry her. She left Germany not knowing what she wanted to do, but on 16 Febuary 1992 she got married in Iowa.
After her former husband got out of the ARMY at the end of 1992, they went to Nevada where he was from.
She found out arround Christmas time that she was pregnant and her son Andrew R. was born on 17 May 1993 in Nevada. After that her husband made them move a lot of times to a lot of different States. When they went to Arkansas in 1995 she found out that she was pregnant again and her son Alexander J. was born on 27 June 1995 in Arkansas.
In 1997 they moved to Florida, where she worked at McDonalds and then at the Kennedy Space Center. In 1998 she meet an ARMY Recruiter and decided to join the ARMY. On 26 September 1998, she enlisted in United States Army as a 88K (Watercraft operator). On 00 January 1999, she went to Basic Training at Fort Jackson. In the beginning her ex was very supportive but that soon changed. After completion of Basic Training she went to VA for her AIT. After she completed AIT, she was stationed in VA.
In Febuary 2000, her ex abonded her.

His mother is a Chippewa Native
Ameriacan from the White Earth Reservation in Minnesota.

In 1981 his Dad remarried. His Stepmother had two son's from a prior marriage. In 1982, James had a new little Sister named Jessica.
Arround 1989 when he was about 12 years old, the family moved to Hendersonville, Tennessee.
On 14 January 1994 he enlisted in the United States Army as a 02B (Trumpet Player). After he graduated from high school in 1994, he shipped off to Basic Training, at Fort Leonard Wood on 12 August 1994.
After completion of Basic Training, he went to VA for the ARMY Band AIT. After a few month there he reclassed to become an Transportation Management Specialist (88N). After completing his first enlistment term (1998), he deceided that he would like to drive Trucks. So he reenlisted to become an Motor Transport Operator (88M). He went to Missouri for his AIT (1998-99) and then straight for one year to Korea. After he finshed his tour in Korea (2000) he went back to VA.
James & I met in 2000 in VA. Where he bacame my best friend and helped me throuh the some very tough times.
