He is a pervert, and can no longer ride the cloud Kame-sama gave to him because it requires purity. He introduces the Kamehameha fireball into the series. He can buff up at will, and throw a huge fireball. He normally appears as a feeble old man with sunglasses and a long beard wearing a hawaiian shirt. |
