Tenants are responsible for all utilities, lawn care, and for keeping the house in clean condition. This house is ideal for a couple with a young child. This house is not recommended for more than 2 adults and a child. We want long term tenants of at least 1 year. We do not want tenants who are going to throw parties, destroy the house, or disrupt neighbors. This is the perfect house for those who wish to save money and get out of the clustered apartment life. We want nice people who will take care of the house and have intentions of building their credit up.
