| Hi my name is Rachelle, this is my first attempt to making a page, and of course, I am getting my mom's help at making it! I am 10 years old and I am in 4th grade. I will tell you a little about me. I am a huge cat fan! My favorite cat is Hello Kitty. I have two cats, one is named Salt because he has the most white, the other one is Pepper because he has the most black. Here are some fun facts about cats! 1. Cats are nocturnal. 2. They sleep 16 hours in one day! 3. A cat's heart beats twice as much as a human's heart. 4. An adult cat has 32 teeth. 5. A color of a kitten's eyes chang as it grows older. 6. Cats smell with the roof of their mouth, its called Jacobson's Organ. 7. Most cats can see six times better than people can in the dark. 8. Many white cats with blue eyes are deaf. 9. Blinking is a sure sign that your cat is in a peaceful relaxed mood. 10. After 8 weeks a kitten is ready to fend for itself and away from mom. |
