| Roasted Pumpkin Seeds Pumpkin seeds Water Salt Melted Butter Vegetable Spray Preheat oven to 350 degrees Wash and rinse pumpkin seeds from the pumpkin well. For every 2 cups of seeds put 4 cups of water and 2 tablespoons of salt in a saucepan. Add seeds and simmer over low heat for ten minutes. Drain well and blot seeds with paper towels. Toss seeds in a large bowl with the melted butter until they are evenly coated. Spray cookie sheet with vegetable spray. Spread seeds evenly on tray. Bake for 30 minutes stirring and tossing occasionally. When seeds are golden brown, they are ready. Wait until cool and Eat and Enjoy! Store in airtight container. |
