Hamilton frequently played well and ofen outscored O'Brien in the match. But O'Brien stayed in touch and went ahead thanks to a 129 break in the 15th frame and clinched victory in the next. "I'm not being arrogant when I say I'm really proud of myself for winning this tournament," said O'Brien. "The nerves were unbelievable and I dug so deep during the week. I was really worried at the mid session interval."
