"RiverDance" our lead dog - invites you to come sledding with us!! |

Jason has been obsessed with sledding this winter - putting in over 500 miles. Although he loves running alone with the dogs and the moonlight, he also enjoys sledding with friends. In February, we teamed up with some of these friends and enjoyed the day at Waskimo, a winter festival held here in Regina. With our 3 sams and Moira & Hartley Smith's one -- there was a grand total of 4 sams in comparison to about 50 Siberians and Alaskan huskies. But our dogs did us proud with Riverdance and Mogul leading the team with confidence, style, speed and beauty!
The picture on the left was actually taken in January 2003 at the creek that runs between Lumsden & Craven Saskatchewan. Then, the dogs were put into a picture of an Alaskan Glacier. |

Lining Out!
River and Mogul are very well trained - they lineout and hold their position until Jason gives them the signal to go. In full bark - they are anticipating a great run! |

AND THEY'RE OFF! |

As Jason gives the signal "Let's Go!" they are off and running. River and Mogul are in the lead positions, Aspen is in the middle and Cruise and RJ (owned by a good friend) take the wheel dog positions. |

Lead Dogs - Mogul & River Bunny (Siberian- owned by E. Kokoski) and Kazan (owned by Moira Smith) Aspen (Sam) & Mia (Sib - Owned by E. Kokoski) Cruize & R.J ( also owned by E. Kokoski) as wheel dogs. |
