Events in Delphi

Here dark grey blocks show the layer that detects electrons and photons. Energy deposited in this layer shows up on the display as coloured spots. Electrons are charged particles so they also leave tracks, but photons have no charge and so leave no tracks in the central part of the detector.
On the following pages you can use this information to identify some particles.
