CAR
MOVEMENTS
A. All optional car movements must be secretly submitted to the Commissioner using AUDIX. Requested movements must be made prior to the scheduled starting time of each race. If available cars are requested my multiple owners, then the owner with the fewest point total for the year will be given rights to the car. Once approved by the Commissioner, movements become effective immediately. For movements before the first week of the season, the order will be based on the prior season’s Final Standings. If an Owner is in the league for the first time, then the standing of the inherited team from the previous season will be used.
B. Owners must constantly maintain an acceptable 4 car roster.
C. Any active NASCAR car not assigned to an SNL team is considered to be a Free Agent. Any team can desire to own any Free Agent. Owners wishing to purchase a Free Agent must submit their request to the Commissioner under the rules in paragraph A. There are no additional fees to acquire Free Agents.
D. Cars released from Active Rosters will be considered as On Waivers and will be communicated to all team owners for future consideration as Free Agents.
E. Trades may be made between any number of SNL teams according to the rules in paragraph A. All trades are made pending approval by the Commissioner. There are no additional fees for Trades. If Trades result in open roster positions, owners must have previously bid on Free Agents to fill those positions. If Trades result in excessive cars, owners must release drivers from their Active Roster to be placed On Waivers. These car movements will be communicated to all owners for Free Agent consideration. If a Trade results in improper Active Roster maintenance, the Trade will be nullified.
F. No Trades may be made after race 12.
