Guess who has a puppy. Here's a little hint: it's somebody who needs a puppy like she needs a hole in the head. Yep, it's me. The owners didn't want it and signed it over to our vet clinic, and of course I was the one who was suckered into taking it. She is a cute little black and white terrier mix, about 8 weeks old. I'll post pics if anyone is interested.



On the dog training front: I haven't been slacking as much as this blog would make it seem. I've been doing a few minutes of heeling and stays with Red almost every day. It just never seemed like enough of an accomplishment to make me get on the computer and enter an entry. Red's obedience is looking very nice.   I've been using the Paw Wax, which, surprisingly, seems to be working.
