I brought Red to some new places to practice his obedience.  We went to a park where there were a couple of soccer games going on, lots of good distractions.  Red's heeling was pretty bad until I showed him a treat.   His down stays were great, I think he'd lay there all day.  On the sit stays, however, Red would get bored and slide into a down.  I learned a lot about what Red knows really solidly and what could use some more work.  I need to keep exposing Red to new situations like this, I think was very helpful.
