I had today off work because the vet clinic is closed on Sundays, so I used my free time to bring the dogs to the agility field and practice.  Luckily there was a nice course left set up that I had never run before.  Red ran the course twice, only making a few small mistakes.   The mistakes were all either me pulling away before Red was comitted to an obstacle or his really wide turns.  I'm happy though, because if that was at a trial in the Starter/Novice level, he would have qualified.  I also ran Sniper on select sequences of the course.  Sniper is beginning to choose his own obstacles when I'm not fast and he sees the obstacle there in front of him.  I'm going to have to evaluate potential off-courses more with him now.  It was a great day to go run agility because the sky was overcast and it was relatively cool (for Louisiana in the summer).
