I had a day off work today, so I went to visit my grandparents. They love Sniper and Red, so I brought them along. My grandparents' dog, Heidi, is Sniper's littermate. They fell in love with the little five-week-old Sniper when I brought him home and decided they wanted a dog like that, so they got a female version. We took Sniper, Red, and Heidi to a huge completely fenced in park near their house. The dogs ran around until their tongues practically dragged the ground. My dogs took a swim in the creek, but Heidi was suspicious of the water. When we got back to my grandparents' house, I noticed that Red was limping. When I inspected him, I discovered that he had torn the pad on one of his front paws. For some reason Red gets these injuries annoying often. No agility practice with Red for a week or so.
