| NEWS FLASH: Movie Filmed at UCR!!! |
|
| Well, there can be a good thing about going to college. Movies are being filmed! Well, it also helps that we live in Southern California too. The movie that was filmed here at UCR is called Going-Greek and is set to come out in Late Summer of 2001. It is set to star Dylan Bruno, Claire Forlani, Simon Rex, Laura Harris, Dublin James and Susan Ward. Simon Rex went to my high school of Alameda High. He graduated in 1992 under the name of Simon Cutright and was named "Most likely to become a game show host" in his class. I hope this movie becomes a hit because I was an extra in it with a few of my friends. |

Students eating in a cafeteria while the action goes on all around us. Do you see Andrew's shirt? He is on the left. It says, "the gene pool could use some chlorine." Many of the cast and crew liked Andrew's shirt-------> |

Here is a picture of me, actor Dylan Bruno, and Frank Woo. This is at the Physics 2000 building on campus here at UCR Notice the "take" thingy in the background. Its proof that it was a real movie!! The cool thing about this day was that the person who played Flounder from Animal House was in the movie. What we had to do was listen to him talk about a math test that 90% of the class failed, but Dylan Bruno's character passed. The problem was that they did not have a test prop to use in the movie. So they asked around. Frank had one and they used it in the movie. It was supposed to be a math test, but it was really Frank's Greek Mythology practice test, so it was interesting to say the less. At the end of the shoot, I had Bruno sign it for Frank. -----> |
