Since Sports Night Started: Bouncing back from his recent divorce (Pilot), he had to learn lessons in flirting (Smoky) and dating (Small Town). He slept with Sally and knew Gordon had as well (Sally), but wouldn't tell Dana. He finally told Dan (Glocca-Morra) and ended up regretting it (Napoleon's Battle Plan). After his "Magical First Kiss" with Dana (Special Powers), he was forced into the dating plan before meeting Pixley (A Girl Named Pixley) and turning down Dana (The Cut-Man Commeth).
