I grew up in a house filled with joy, I lived together with
my parents for almost 20 years at my GrandFather's property
in Manpower. I had a great time during my chilhood years
because my Uncles, Aunties, Cousins and Relatives are just
two blocks away. During birthdays we will celebrate together
both clans Valdez and Cane. After a few years, my father
decided to build a house in a village and plan to transfer
there. I was 13 years at that time, and i was a high school
student in AMA. During those times, i was beginning to have
an interest in programming and computers in general, to
the point that i won't give up until i finish my hands on
program. During those years, most of the computers are MS-DOS. |

My
Father then bought a Pentium I COMPAQ PRESARIO so that i could
explore what's inside the system and browse the WINDOWS 95.
My first isp was DURIAN CONNECTION from San Carlos talamban
that was 75 pesos per hour, can you imagine at that time?
To Connect on the internet was so expensive. Well, anyways..
after i graduated from high school. I enrolled at (AMA Computer
College) jones to take Computer Engineering, it didn't last
long, I shifted to CATS (Cebu Aviation Technical School) to
take up Aircraft Maintainance Engineering but that didn't
work out for me as well. After that I jumped from one course
to another until i got into CDC. Still, it didnt last long..
upon shifting from course to another school to school. I finally
decided to finish a degree, I then enrolled at CDC (Cebu Doctors'
College) to take up Comp Sci. Few years later.. I've read
from a News Ads that USP (University of Southern Philippines)
offered a far more advance class i enrolled immediately to
further my learning. Spending 2 and a half years at USP. I
then finished and graduated at a degree of Computer Science.
Finishing my studies was a beginning for me to lead a straight
life. I had experience working in a big companies and had
already developed a couple of webpages. I am independently
living on my own, making money here and there. Hopefully,
i could head my own company someday. That would be a really
big achievement for me.
As for what's happening now, well.. hopefully i can upgrade
more on my skills and achieve something, eversince i lived
independently.
But,
my real dream is to marry the girl of my dreams, a house,
a car, kids...
