                    GS has expressed his unhappiness over the information of Director (HRD) that the JTO promotion list may be issued by the end of March as the displacement of JTOs (almost 50%) may hamper development activities during target ending month.

                     However, Director agreed to review same on return of CMD. GS would also meet CMD on Monday.
