Re-enter the secret life of the Ninja in the highly anticipated sequel 1mm-Selling, worldwide hit Tenchu. Tenchu 2 takes place before the events of Tenchu, when a coup occurs that rocks the house of Gohda. Three apprentices raised and trained in the way of the ninja are called on to avenge the betrayal of their lord. Tenchu 2 delivers the next level in the most authentic, ninja-stealth action/adventure game series ever. Join their hidden world and live as they live: Move without detection. Strike without warning. 29 New Missions: Take on compelling new objectives, including stopping an invasion, freeing hostages, in 29 unique night and day missions including 11 each for Rikimaru and Ayame. Once you finish the game as these two characters, seven more levels of play with a new character, Tatsumaru,  will be unlocked.

Make your own missions: Tenchu 2's Mission Editor Mode lets you create an infinite number of your very own missions-- or lets you play 15 modifiable, pre-built missions. In this mode, players can choose the name, title, location (forest, castle, city, dojo, cavern, bamboo forest, village, lake, island, town, shipwreck, european castle and office enviroment) whether or not stealth should be on, and a time limit, or no time limit. You can save up to 15 missions on one memory card.

Authentic ninja moves and weapons: There are 22 weapons and items total. Use short- and long-range weapons, including swords, knives, shurikens, caltrops,  grenades, poison blow guns, exploding arrows, smoke bombs, blinding dust, throwing stars ninja fire magic, a strange, magic vanishing tree and more. The grappling hook helps you get to high places, while colored rice lets you mark your path, so you won't get lost. Players have the ability to perform up to six to seven stealth kills, each with different animations, depending on the side from which you attack.
