First, I would like to introduce you to Pierre. Pierre is Team Snarflebarrel's pet melon. He is french, and coincidently is invisible (although he is very sensitive about it). This is his first contribution to the Snarflebarrel site. I, however will be writing it up because, being a melon, Pierre has great difficulty being accurate when typing. He is also very shy and doesn't really speak much. He prefers to let his silence say all that needs to be said.
Secondly, I would like to dispel recent rumours that Pierre had in fact passed away. This is simply not true, as you will see from the recent photos of him. Even members of Team Snarflebarrel were begining to question his well being. So as the keeper of everyone's favourite melon, I think I should offer an explanation. I was forced to stop taking pierre out to the clock, because every night, he got very drunk and/or stoned, and would throw up all over the place. His last night in the clock, he was so bad, that we had to carry him out of the clock, I decided that Pierre had done quite enough partying for some time. I have now realised that this was somewhat unfair as, being a melon, Pierre does not have any legs. This makes walking difficult for him at the best of times. So, Pierre will now be making many, many appearances in the future.
Another reason Pierre has not been out lately is that he has been on Holidays. I hope to include some of his holiday snaps. He usually just climbed on board a ship transporting fruit, and to be honest, I am not really sure how he managed to get around (or how he found those cool glasses) but the little guy seems to get around. Anyways, I hope you enjoy the pictures, and stories. And if you are fortunate, you may someday meet Pierre. |
