After being a real long time Redhat/Fedora user from about Redhat 4.x, and never wanting to change, I got fed up with the Nvidia driver annoyance every new kernel upgrade or new Fedora release.
Then Fedora 9 wouldn't install, just sat there with a black screen and no feedback on the error, I thought I'd give Archlinux a go.
It's a revelation, I'm never going back and after I found Xmonad omfg, I think I've found the perfect desktop for me, its only taken me about 15 years. Sweet.
