Placement
Please indicate within the body of the text if there is a special placment of a photo, graphic or chart. It is best to make a note identifying the photo/graphic/art and indicating placement in a new paragraph with a return above and below.
Photographs
Well-lit, contrasty photos tend to scan better. If you are taking photos indoors, use higher speed films with a strong strobe. Make sure you do not write on the back of the photos as this shows up when scanned.
Submission of artwork
1) Electronic submission
Please send artwork directly to the designer at [email protected]
Make sure that "Snakes and Ladders" and your name are included in the subject line of the e-mail. Please advise the editors when you are sending artwork, but do not send artwork to the editors as the storage space at that address is limited.
2) Mail submission
Please contact the editors if you wish to mail artwork before sending anything.
