For those who can:
Get some dogs. They'll remind you that they need to go for walks everyday, so you'll be sure to get out of the house. Preferably you'll want to get large, pushy dogs, like great danes. And you'll get a good workout!
If not dogs then take up a hobbie. A hobby other than that addicting ff site is bound to take your mind off of it. That is only if you really enjoy it and work at it hard.
You have to admit that it is hard to think of Sev while you're doing a double flip on a trampolean (Please do not take advantage of my terrible sp).
