| ADULT SIZE: Around 2 feet. LIFE SPAN: 15+ years. SET UP: 3-5 inch layer of sand and a small water bowl.Best kept at 80 - 85F with a hot spot of 90 - 95F for basking and somewhere to hide. At night temp should be around 74F. DIET: Pre-killed mice, rats, pinkies when the snake is young. NOTES: These snakes become easily stressed without somewhere to hide. They are easy to keep, very small and docile, make an IDEAL first snake. Fresh water should be given daily and the enclosure should be disinfected at least every week. |
