| take the Great One long at all to announce that as usual the Snake was his pick to take the title again this year. How can you bet against him. He has been involved in every single tournament final since day 1. Its tough to argue with that logic so we asked Avy to place the rest of the field. Avy pondered for a while then he announced that it was a longshot but he felt Swido and Rich were the next 2 in line. I know Swido is retired but if he comes back he will be a handfull. Other than Snake he has the second highest win total at Laconia with 11 since 2004. Rich along with having a 7-3 record since 04 is also a former champ. I would then have to pick Baptista and Murph to be right there if Swido and Rich are not in it. They are the defending MMO champs and have been very impressive in the recent years. JB had a sensational rookie year but since then he has not shown much. He really needs to prove to me that he is ready for this caliber of competition. Then there is Linus. What can I say about this very talented athlete who lets me down year after year. One of these yearshe might do it, I just hope I am around for it. Rounding out the field we have Swannie, Chuck P and Johnny Price. Chuck may have the Quads but last time I checked you throw with your arms. Chuck needs take that into consideration. Price may want to follow in Chucks footprints but he may do better following his old pal Murph who seems to be finding his game, along with swido's sausage in his face. Now my good friend Swankie, Swannie...whatever, he cant pronounce my name either. His game is like a rollercoaster that never makes it to the top. He is a great bowler but must adapt to the pits. Then there is the rest of the pack whoever they are. But they won't be any factor. Well good luck boys and hit those pins, not the bowling kind Swankie.
