J is for  Jelly Shapes

It was hard to find a book that I could buy in Australia and others could buy in the States so
I found a great little book on the internet.  It is called Draw Me Shapes by David Lumerman.

Jelly Shapes

Ingredients:
2 cups orange juice
2 tablespoons sugar
1/4 cup gelatine

Directions:
1. Line base and sides of an 18x27cm rectangle cake tin
     with aluminum foil.  Brush with oil.
2. Combine juice and sugar in medium heavy-based pan.
    Sprinkle gelatin over.  Stir over low heat without boiling
    until sugar and gelatine have completely dissolved.
    Bring to a boil, boil 1 minute.  Remove from heat
    immediately.  Pour mixture into the prepared tin.
3. Refrigerate overnight.
4. Turn jelly out of tin.  Cut into a variety of shapes
    using biscuit cutters.

*Try different fruit juices to make a colorful display.*
