          Soror E. Wofford-Brown, Basileus
Major: Public Administration with emphasis in Urban Planning.

I am twenty-three years old and a recent graduate of CSU Dominguez Hills. My plans are to work for at least two years before pursuing my masters degree in Public Administration. My favorite phase is one that mother always tells me when I get discouraged:"You are a force to be reckoned with."
          Soror L. Wright, Anti-Basileus
Major: Public Administration with a concentration in Criminal Justice
Minor: Sociology with an emphasis on Crime and Deviance.

I am a strong, devoted young woman to my Savior, family and self. I am a recent graduate of CSU Dominguez Hills. When there is a break in my busy schedule, I enjoy drawing, cooking and being of service to others in need. One clich that helps to keep me focused when confronted with the many challenges that "life" brings, says "Obstacles are those frightful things you see when you take your eyes off of your goal."

          Soror L. Farrah, Tamias
Major: Sociology with a minor in Psychology.

My goal is to continue my education by pursuing a masters degree in Sociology and a doctorate degree. I have recently graduated, began my career and am working with juvenile delinquents. At twenty-three years of age, I know, and strongly believe that as a woman, I have the power and the ability to make a lasting impression and impact on society and the world at large. During my personal time, I enjoy reading, writing and assisting the less fortunate. My favorite clich the one that has really kept me going is: "When you educate a man...you educate an individual. Educate a woman...and you educate a nation."

          Soror T. Brame, Grammateus
Major: Physical Education with an emphasis in Teaching.

I am a recent graduate of CSU Dominguez Hills. I plan to begin my career instructing Physical Education at the secondary school level then continue my education. Later, I aspire to coach Women's High School/Collegiate Track and Field. I enjoy high jumping, swimming, dancing, and watching football. I live by the Golden Rule and believe that this world would be a better place if everyone else would do the same. "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you."

          Soror H. Emerson, Anti-Grammateus
Major: Psychology & Health Science with emphasis in sports medicine
            Minor: Biology

I am a recent graduate of CSU Dominguez Hills. At twenty-two years of age, my intentions are to do graduate work at Howard University in Washington, D.C. in pursuit of a masters degree and a Ph.D. I love God and truly enjoy being active in the church choir and volunteering as a youth counselor. My most peaceful moments include long scenic drives and oceanic views. I have a keen interest in Middle Eastern Dance, belly dancing and kickboxing. I consider myself hard working, diligent and determined. My motto is: "Strive for progress and not perfection."

Soror L. Johnson, Epistoleus & Historian
            Major: Business Administration

I am a full-time student at CSU Dominguez Hills. At twenty-one years of age, I aspire to become a CEO of a Marketing Corporation. My long-term goal is to obtain a Masters degree in International Business. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, dancing and spending quality time with my son. One of my favorite scriptures is found in St. Matthew 6:34, which reads, "So, don't be anxious about tomorrow, God will take care of your tomorow too. Live one day at a time."

          Soror P. Richardson, Chaplain
            Major: Biology
            Minor: Chemistry

In addition to being a member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc., I am also a member of the CSUDH Science Society, a student affiliate of the American Chemical Society, and am very active in my church Youth Group and Mission Society. At twenty-two years of age, I enjoy singing and am fortunate to be part of two choirs at Beulah Missionary Baptist Church. One of my favorite sayings isnt a saying at all, but is a scripture. Romans 8:28 says, "And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are called according to His purpose."

          Soror K. Henderson, Phylacter
Major: Public Administration with a concentration in Administrative Mgmt.

My long-term goals are to obtain a Master's Degree in Education, and become a High School Guidance Counselor. I enjoy spending time with the light of my life, my daughter, my family and friends. One scripture that I've learned to live by is found in Proverbs 3:5-6 "Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thine ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths."
