-Harry, Ron, and Hermione are telling Hagrid that Snape is trying to steal the stone, but Hagrid tells them that Snape is protecting the stone, but they took out Snape's potions at the end of the movie.
-Susan Bones was sorted into Hufflepuff during the sorting ceremony. But she turns up in Harry's Potions class. There is only suppose to be Gryffindor and Slytherin's in this class.
-Harry and Ron come in late to McGonnagall's class, they walk by Malfoy. Wasn't that class just for Gryffindors? They don't mention Malfoy being in that class in the books.
-You can see shadows of the camera man and the camera in the scene were Harry is sittin in front of the Mirror of Erised.
-Hagrid gives Harry the photo album at the end of the movie, and then he says his goodbye's to Hagrid and leaves. He doesn't have the book in either of his hands as he walks back to the train!
-Harry tells Hermione to take Ron and send a letter to Dumbledore. Is she suppose to do all of that with one broom, and what happens if Fluffy is sittin gon the door?
-When Harry and Ron are in the bathroom saving Hermione, Ron levitates that club and has it fall on the trolls head. But you never head the club hit the ground.
-When McGonnagall turns from a cat into a human, she isn't wearing glasses. But when she is confronting Ron and Harry, she has glasses on.
-They took out the whole part of Peeves, and he wasn't shown at all in the movie, wouldn't that kinda effect them in the future filming of Harry Potter? Anyone who hasn't read the books and just watched the movie won't know that he is big trouble once they see the second movie.
-Harry's voice changes alot during the movie, and probably most of all in the forest. His voice keeps going up and down all the time. Warner Brothers say that they didn't dub his voice for the rest of the movie, but I think they did!
-When Harry, Ron, and Hermione go down the trap door under Fluffy, Harry moves and lets Hermione go first. But doesn't Harry land first and then Hermione?
-In the Zoo part, were Harry is talking to the snake, and the snake blinks. Well, snakes don't have eyelids. The first time he blinks, he just moves the skin around his eye, but later on he just blinks normal like we do.
