galyuu - miyavi

i bought this album with only hearing two songs from it beforehand. gosh, i love living on the edge. .;;

instrumental
wow. another instrumental intro. this makes a change. its not really an instrumental, as it just has wierd tapping noises and clapping.
ippiki ookami ron
probably my favourite song on the album. its quite heavy and headbang-y, but the chorus is really catchy and sounds a bit evil to me.
ekisentorikku otona yomai
wtf? was what i first though. lol. the beginning is very strange. um, i think we'll just call this track, "the random noise song". o.O;;
ekisentorikku otona yamai
um. okay, it has the same title as the last one, but this one actually sounds like a proper song. lol. sounds very similier to ippiki ookami ron, but is a bit more boom-y. very energetic, and makes you a bit tired just listening to it. lol.
aa Kanashiki ka na yaotware no mi no buruusu
this starts off with annoying telephone dialing, then footsteps, then random miyavi noises. o.O then it starts to sound like a song. i originally thought it was an acoustic version of shindemo boogie-woogie, but then i was like, 'obviously not', lol. miyavi sounds like he has a really sore throat o.O i'm not a big fan of this song, and i'm not really sure that miyavi's voice suits it.
coo quack cluck -ku.ku.ru-
yay, i like this song. its very fun, and comes from miyavi's oresama movie? i think? but anyway, its very catchy and the riffs are awesome and stick in your head.
instrument
another instrumental that isn't actually an instrumental. its random motorbike noises.
joushou kaidou
i don't really know how to describe this song, lol. i suck at reviewing. o.o anyway, this song's pretty cool, has a nice guitar solo and must sound great live. i don't know why, it just has that kind of vibe.
shikenkan baby
sounds similer to alot of songs on this album. quite heavy, but doesn't really stick out a lot from the other songs.
ossan ossan ore nanbo
the beginning really scares me. o.o alot of evil cackling, lol. the boomboom bits remind me of n*sync, but its still an awesome song. its very fast and jumpy and ye just want to dance to it. XD
ashita, tenki ni naare
omg. the beginning of this sounds like maroon 5. o.O wtf? and then it ends.
ashita, tenki ni naare
okay, scary maroon 5 bit again. but miyavi's voice sounds very nice in this one, unlike the other acoustic track. its a nice chill-out song, alot of contrast from the heavier songs.
tome to jurii
the beginning sounds very malice mizer, lol. its very catchy, sticks in your head alot, and is very melodic. it kind of combines heavier parts of the album with the more melodic parts. awesome-ness.
requiem
a bonus track, i think? an acoustic ballad, almost. gets a bit boring after a while though. =/

overall-
this album would be much better with more actual songs on it, and less wierd instrumentals. but yeh, its a cool album, and i don't regret buying it. ^.^
