After stuggling for some time to see clearly at a distance and having a lot of ghosting when I read for a period of time, I finally had an eye exam and was prescribed glasses for astigmatism.

My Rx is plano, -1 axis 90 for each eye. After testing my right eye at -1 he switched this to my left eye and asked if it was clear. It was not as my left is weaker. However, he kept the Rx the same in both eyes to keep it "balanced".

I thought you usually got an Rx specific for both eyes. Also, do you think I will eventually need sphere in my Rx as I get older. I am 36. - Carl
