A chronic, mildly contagious granulomatous disease of tropical and subtropical regions, caused by the bacillus Mycobacterium leprae, characterized by ulcers of the skin, bone, and viscera and leading to loss of sensation, paralysis, gangrene, and deformation.

I began playing NannyMUD in April of 2002, and remained in the Adventurer's Guild until about level 5 or so. I was then encouraged to join another guild, and from there was infected with leprosy by Trevek, entering the Leper's Guild. Smudge has been a leper ever since, and is currently a Potential Leper Messiah.

How does one advance quickly as a leper? Use your leper powers. A lot. And that is all I have to say on the matter.
