Deyja was born out of the chaos of the old wars and the splitting of the universe. The silent death and saddness flowed through the Void creating his essence. The power of prayer and belief brought him in existance.
Deyja stands as a balance between all things, of death and life, of mercy and justice. He stands strong for those who can not fight. He heals those that must fight even though they may fail.
His Avatar, Katiya of Twighlight Love, stands the mortal focus to his power. She stands strong as a guardian to protect him from those who would harm in ways he cant see. She is his bridge to the mortal realm.
Together, Mercy and Death shall serve as they should.
