Ingredients
60g/ 3 1/2oz
Cheese
2 Slices
Ham

Egg
2 Slices
Bread
Method
1. Toast the bread lightly.
2. Put a piece of ham on each slice.
3. Grate the cheese and mix it with the egg and a
pinch of salt and pepper.
4. Spread the mix onto the toast, and put under a
medium to hot grill until it puffs up and lightly
browns.
