Rules and Beliefs
This is just a list of some rules and observations and beliefs; thing's I've picked up along the way.  I don't follow all of them all of the time, especially the first one there. But I try.
  • Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.

  • Don't wear a watch when you're having fun.

  • Tip well for decent service. If there's a question of whether to leave three or four dollars, leave four.

  • Have a place to put your keys when you get in, and always put them there.

  • Never leave a knife inside the pizza box.

  • Make a point of never knowing how much your co-workers make.

  • Life is a constant parade of possibilities. They open and close around you every moment. It's nice to have a plan, just don't get too attached to it.

  • Spend money on things you enjoy, and don't feel guilty about it.

  • You shouldn't rob a bank without a plan; You shouldn't use your tongue to stop a fan. (Thanks KITH)

  • Check the pockets when you're loading the washing machine.

  • Big dogs, in general, are nicer than small ones.

  • There's nothing prettier than a California sunset.

  • If you have no regrets, go out and do something you might regret.

  • Words can hurt people. Use them carefully.

  • Drink a lot of water.
