So I haven't updated this thing in 11 months, wow.  My computer actually wouldn't let me on here, but I finally figured it out.  Anyways, I have 2 weeks left of my freshmen year at NC State.  It's been an awesome year, I'll probably update with some pix soon.

Graduation is next week and tomorrow is my last day of school!  (finally)  I'm really ready for the summer, I'm working at camp as a counselor, and then i'm off to NC STATE with Emmy!  This Friday Im going to a Mudcats game with the family and John.  That'll be fun.  Last weekend was crazy.  On Friday night they wouldnt let me into the Denzel Washington movie because I didnt have my id, but Ive been 18 since November and they've never checked when I actually had my id.  So we went to see Van Helsing instead, which was actually good anyway.  On Saturday night we attempted to go to Bahamma Breeze, but they said it'd be a 90 minute wait, so we decieded to go to Kanki instead and it ended up taking us over an hour to get to Kanki...fun times.  Anyways, Im in 2nd block watching a movie so I've g2g.

Well Chile was awesome.  Definitely one of the best experiences of my life.  I should have some pics of that up here within a month or so.  I just don't have anytime now with all the homework and junk going on.  Im seriously stressed out lately and stuff seems to be getting worse instead of better so be praying for me.  Im in 2nd block now and I need to start reading my history for my quiz next block so I'm out.

Finally Friday!  This week has been long and stressful.  I'm so ready to graduate.  I leave for Chile in a week, so that's exciting.  Last weekend me and John went to the beach for a day for our one year anniversary, that was a lot of fun.  That's about all that's going on!

Yay, today makes 11 months for me and John :)  I had a really good weekend, but a really bad Monday.  I needed that 2 hour delay that Johnston County did NOT get!  My Park finalist interview is this weekend, I'm very scared.  Right now I want to talk to John because I accidentally didn't wait for him after school, so he probably isn't very happy with me right now.  Well I'm out!

So most of you already heard but I made it to the finals of the Park Scholarship.  That means $10,000 for me.  Yay.  Thanks so much for all of your prayers and encouragement, I know that's why I've gotten this far.  Now be praying for the next event, which is very worrysome and scaring me...I have to spend a weekend at State where they pretty much monitor everything I do.  Great fun.  So I just planned my devotions on love for FCA tomorrow.  You should definitely come to the meeting, from 6:30-8:00, we're gonna have lotsa great stuff going on.  I can't wait.  Calculus is a very bad class with a lot of hard work.  It's definitely stressing me out and lowering the G.P.A.  Oh, I'm on the senior class superlatives for shyest...interesting.  Since my friends can't shut me up...yea, just didn't think shy was the word to describe me, guess I was wrong.  I'm ready for the weekend, I'm tired of reading and essays and failing tests.  Oh, last weekend was Emily's birthday, and we went shopping and got great stuff for our dorm since we're gonna room together at State.  That was great fun.  On Saturday me and John got to chill which was fun stuff too.  Well this has been a pretty random entry.  Later.

I'm finally regaining my sanity.  Wednesday was much better b/c the sun finally came out and the ice started melting, so John got to come over.  The downside of that was when I walked him out to his car I slipped on some ice and bruised my butt :(  John was worth it though.  So anyways, today I'm going to dance with Elizabeth for an hour and we're going to attempt to choreograph a dance for February 8th (wish us luck) and tonight John is coming over (hopefully) or I'm gonna try to go to his game.  There's a 2 hour delay for school tomorrow, which stinks, because Friday is the only day I actually don't want to be in school because I want to tour State with Emily, but oh well.  We're still gonna have fun hitting up the malls and buying our Homeboy Jesus t-shirts.  So that's about all for today.  Sign the guest book if you love me!

I' m 100% ready for summer.  This ice mess is rediculous and its stealing my Senior Year Spring Break from me!!  So, the past few days have been really uneventful.  I've laid around watching movies, stuffing my face and talking on the phone.  I was not meant to be a lazy person.  I think I will attempt to go kill some ice this afternoon and take out my anger on it.  Johnston County is officially in a "State of Emergency" and we probably wont go back to school until Thursday or later.  We've already lost our days off on February 16 and March 12, and next goes Spring Break.  UGH.  Ready for summer, ready for summer, ready for summer......

1/26/04  Hey Guys!
Emmy is the best because she helped me get this stupid thing on here, and it took forever, and it was really annoying (thus her comment below, haha)  This is great though because now I can have my little journal thing without resorting to xanga like everyone else in my entire school.  So today has been super boring.  I don't like ice and being bored and sitting at home freezing all day!  This weekend was actually fun, on Friday night John and I went to see Cheaper by the Dozen, which was a really cute movie.  On Saturday we went iceskating, that was great fun, we are gonna convince Brooke and Logan to go with us soon.  Emmy is coming next weekend to check out State and go shopping which will be awesome!  Rooming together at State is gonna be like camp year round, we're going to have too much fun.  So thats about it, check back soon for updates!  I'm planning on having new pix up soon!
