Materials:
Procedure:
1. take the hip measurements, add about 12 inches( for bagginess and comfort) divide by four( front and back of each leg) and add 1 inch( for seam allowance). Example: my hip measurement is 36 inches. c. add 4 inches to the width of the leg like so: side 5.cut pattern out 6.repeat for other leg 7. sew inseams of both legs *( remember!! when you sew to sew with right sides fo the fabric together!!) 8. sew out seams 9.sew legs together 10.flip pants right side in and hem bottom of legs by folding the edge inside and stitching it down. 11.sew waist band by folding the edge over and folding it over again( leaving a "sleeve" for the elastic to go in) ans stitching it down (but not all the way you must leave a space to put in elastic.) 12.add elastic( make sure it is flat an not twisted) sew it together and and complete the sewing of the waistband.
