| A little story about it I went looking at new cars one day and came across a Mustang. I thought "wow, I want that car." It was black with two gold stripes on the hood along with a hood scoop. The dealership was closed, so I couldn't test drive it or purchase it that night. So I went looking at cars at the Chrysler place when I came across a black 2003 Dodge Stratus sxt. It looked pretty nice, so I agreed to take it for a test drive and I was pretty impressed by it and was thinking about purchasing it, but I decided to look to see what else there was around here. As I was driving the sxt back to the dealership I saw a red car in the far lot in the corner. I didn't think much of it and it was dark out so I looked at many other cars here and there then finally went back to the used car lot where it was to take a closer look at it. It was a 2002 Dodge Stratus r/t, so I took it for a test drive and found out that this car was for me. It has power and acceleration far better than the sxt, so I bought the Stratus that night, and sold my oldsmobile for $500 a coupla days after. |

| The car has 54000 miles on it as of March 19, 04. I drive it atleast 40 miles a day to school and back all highway. I purchased it with 32000 miles on it. I've had the car for a year now. The car still gets 30mpg, but I think i'm going to trade it off and get a Dodge srt-4, or just get a supercharger from RIPPPMODS, but I dont know i'm still trying to decide. I'm thinking a supercharged Stratus r/t can beat an srt-4 right? I dont know, let me know what you think. And I've only raced the stratus twice. I did a short sprint race with a Ford Crownvictoria Ex police car, And I went wide open on a long open stretch of road to see what exactly she could do. Anyways I beat the Ford by about 2 car lengths at 100yd sprint, and on the long open stretch the car electronically cut out at 135mph. |
