My recent SCA projects outside of costuming include:
In AS 38
In AS 38 I moved to the Barony of Lions Gate.  I haven't quite found my rhythm here.  I work a lot of overtime so I have a great deal less time as well.  I am attending some of the Rapier practices at Kennedy Hall on Thursday nights, where there is informal A&S activities, safely up on the stage away from the blades.

I have been involved in some small workshops, such as the one on 6 board tourney boxes taught by Lady Imaigne de Brysele.

I have some costuming projects going but am mostly restricted due to time.  I have a lord to reclothe, the Baroness of Seagirt's 12th Night garb to get done, and to make myself a thing or two as well.

In Spring I plan on making myself
a spoke wheel tent, and decorating it.  We have a day pavillion going too: done with alternating panels of white fabric embroidered with green bees, and green plain panels.

I have
new arms I am submitting, with bees as well so we are tying it together.

In AS37
I organized Seagirt's participation in the heraldic war point at SeaLion June 7th 2003.

I worked on the new cloaks for their highnesses the first Prince and Princess of Tir Righ, made for June 14th 2003 in three short weeks.  Amazingly we were done on time!  Their Highnesses Einar and Thora gave us a memorable first reign and wore them with style.

I was Seagirts Mistress of Arts and Sciences before I left, and organized a number or workshops.  We were up to regular A&S occuring at Dance and at A&S nights, so 8 times a month, plus classes and special projects.

I taught corsetry and farthingale construction at the ithra on Insua Magna.  I'd like to teach it again.
The Prince and Princess of Tir Righ's Cermonial Cloaks

The latter project was mostly a hoot and was coordinated by Mistress Gudrun and included Brenethwyn, Elora, Euphemia, Tatiana, Antonia, Glynis  and I, all in Seagirt at the time.  I took some snaps the cloaks in progress and Mistress Gudrun has some more.  When we were almost done we brought them to SeaLion AS 37 for folks to see them. Below that's me in His Highness' cloak at the war site.

The project output is a pair of fabulous blue silk three-quarter full length circle ceremonial cloaks.  Each is a marvelous swirl of blue midweight silk, appliqued with a grid of 10" squares in silk ribbon, and scattered with stars in white silk, couched down with thread with just a hint of silver sparkle.  The cloaks are fully lined in the same silk as the surface.  There is a large white silk star on the centre back of his highness' cloak, embelished with a laurel wreath.
