I'd say I'm sorry, but I feel that may be redundant. I'm going to have to abandon ship for a while. The depression over the summer was really rough on me and while I am doing better (w00t medication) I'm still trying to get my life back together. Being my junior year of college, school is weighing heavy on me and trying to keep the site up is just too taxing. I hate to have let everyone down, but I'm hoping that after I graduate I may be able to pick the site back up and start making it better than ever. So I might see you in 2 years, but until then I hope you all can remember the site fondly. I know I will.

I'm really sorry that I haven't been here guys. School has taken a turn for the worse, and a bad bout of depression hasn't really helped me. I want to start updating again, but it still might be a little while because of a convention I've got coming up, all the art research that I've got to do this summer so I can pass this interview thingy that will let me get the classes I need and also I'm going to try harder with my best friend b/c ever since we broke up things have been really tense between us. The real reason for this update is to tell you that the Music Video Section is temporarily down due to copyright crap with YouTube, I'm going to look around for a new place to put the videos, and the place I'm hoping to find will also allow for actual download of the videos, so that should make atleast a few of you happier. Also, since I'm at home, the internet connection isn't quite as realible, so its a good possibility that uploading will be a problem, but I'll do my best. Oh, and I'm hoping to change the banner soon, so keep an eye out for that. Hope to see you guys soon!

Sorry it's been so long peeps! Problems with my little social group were getting out of hand, but seeing as how everyone left town for the weekend except me, I figured it was the perfect moment to tally the scores for the contest. Here are the results:

Sup peoples! Sorry its been so long, December was my exams and things got really hairy there for a bit. On the bright side, I've finally posted Kitty's profile and posted the deadline and info for another music video contest! Enjoy guys. Hey guys, sorry its been so long. School has been one problem after another and I think I'm about to be crushed under the weight. My friends are definitely not helping because they're all wanting something from me that I don't have the time or patience to give right now. In short, I'm just stretched so thin I feel like I'm gonna snap. Anyway, what does that mean for The Balcony? It means, that even though its tought, The Balcony WILL STAY OPEN. I put too much of my time and self into this project to just throw it away, and I refuse to be one of those adminstrators that says "I'm tired" and gives up. So, as long as you guys keep sending in vids and keep visiting, I'll probably still be open...even if the updates seem few and far between. Okay, now that I'm more or less done ranting, the updates we have for you today are a little few, because I don't have a whole lot of time to update today (hopefully tomorrow I'll get a few more minutes). Today we've got a couple of new affiliates! Yay! You can see the links to the site on the side bar with my other affiliate...so now we have three YAY! The new sites are The X-impulse (an X-Men site) and In Sleep He Sang to Me (A music video site). Check them out! Next update I'll hopefully have some new music vids for you guys :)
