Moon Prism Power Make Up - Simply known as Moon Prism Power in the dubbed version. Using the brooch Luna gave to her, Usagi/Serena was able to transform into Sailor Moon.

Moon Crystal Power Make Up -Simply known as Moon Crystal Power in the dubbed version. During Sailor Moon R, Usagi's/Serena's brooch was destroyed by a cardian. Queen Serenity revived her brooch with the power of the silver crystal. This transformation shows wings which covers Sailor Moon's body then disappear to create her Sailor Suit (Sailor Fuku in Japanese).

Moon Cosmic Power Make Up -Simply known as Moon Cosmic Power in the dubbed version. Created by Usagi and Mamoru's (Serena and Darien's) love for each other, a new strong power forms a heart shaped transformation brooch. During the transformation, a heart shaped beam covers Sailor Moon's body and her tiara no longer has a jewel in the center of it. It's been replaced with an crescent moon engraved in it. Sailor Moon also has a new pose at the end of this transformation and the moon background has been replaced with a heart.

Moon Crisis Power Make Up -Simply known as Moon Crisis Power in the dubbed version. Using the Sacred Cup/Holy Grail, Sailor Moon uses it to transform to Super Sailor Moon, her strongest form before Eternal Sailor Moon. Super Sailor Moon's Sailor Suit (Sailor Fuku in Japanese) is slightly different than her previous form and she is now able to extract maximum power from the Silver Imperium Crystal. She also wears two brooches on her Sailor Suit (Sailor Fuku in Japanese) - one is her transformation brooch, the other is from the Sacred Cup / Holy Grail.

Sailor Mercury

Mercury Power Make Up (Mercury Power)-Using her light blue transformation make-up stick, Mizuno Ami, or Amy in the dub, was able to transform into Sailor Mercury.

Mercury Star Power Make Up (Mercury Star Power)-Basically, the same as Mercury Power Make Up, however this involved a brand new transformation stick, which was far more powerful than the previous ones. This time, however, Mizuno Ami would transform into Super Sailor Mercury.

Mercury Crystal Power Make Up (Mercury Crystal Power)-Powers given by Pegasus to the inner Sailor scouts to help save Sailor Moon and Mini-moon (Chibi moon)

Sailor Mars

Mars Power Make Up (Mars Power)-Using her red transformation make-up stick, Hino Rei, or Raye in the dub, was able to transform into Sailor Mars.

Mars Star Power Make Up (Mars Star Power)-Basically, the same as Mars Power Make Up, however this involved a brand new transformation stick, which was far more powerful than the previous ones. This time, however, Hino Rei would transform into Super Sailor Mars.

Mars Crystal Power Make Up (Mars Crystal Power)-Powers given by Pegasus to the inner Sailor scouts to help save Sailor Moon and Mini-moon (Chibi moon)

Sailor Jupiter

Jupiter Power Make Up (Jupiter Power)-Using her green transformation make-up stick, Kino Makoto, or Lita in the dub, was able to transform into Sailor Jupiter.

Jupiter Star Power Make Up - Basically, the same as Jupiter Power Make Up, however this involved a brand new transformation stick, which was far more powerful than the previous ones. This time, however, Kino Makoto would transform into Super Sailor Jupiter.

Jupiter Crystal Power Make Up (Jupiter Crystal Power)-Powers given by Pegasus to the inner Sailor scouts to help save Sailor Moon and Mini-moon (Chibi moon)

Sailor Venus

Venus Power Make Up - Using her orange transformation make-up stick, Aino Minako, or Mina in the dub, was able to transform into Sailor Venus.

Venus Star Power Make Up - Basically, the same as Venus Power Make Up, however this involved a brand new transformation stick, which was far more powerful than the previous ones. This time, however, Aino Minako would transform into Super Sailor Venus.

Sailor Mini-Moon (Chibi Moon)

Moon Prism Power Make Up (Moon Prism Power)- Using her pink transformation make-up stick, Chibi Usa, or Rini in the dub, was able to transform into Sailor Chibi Moon (Mini-Moon).

Sailor Saturn

Saturn Star Power Make Up (Saturn Star Power)- Using her purple transformation make-up stick, Tomoe Hotaru, or just Hotaru in the dub, was able to transform into Sailor Saturn.

Sailor Uranus

Uranus Star Power Make Up (Uranus Star Power)- Using her dark blue transformation make-up stick, Ten'ou Haruka, or Amara in the dub, was able to transform into Sailor Uranus.

Sailor Neptune

Neptune Star Power Make Up (Neptune Star Power)- Using her aquamarine transformation make-up stick, Kaiou Michiru, or Michelle in the dub, was able to transform into Sailor Neptune.

Sailor Pluto

Pluto Star Power Make Up (Pluto Star Power)- Using her dark green transformation make-up stick, Meiou Setsuna, or just Trista in the dub, was able to transform into Sailor Pluto.

Sailor Star Fighter

Fighter Star Power Makeup - By saying these words, Seiya can transform into Sailor Star Fighter (No dubbed version yet)

Sailor Star Maker

Maker Star Power Makeup - By saying these words, Taiki can transform into Sailor Star Maker.(No dubbed version yet)

Sailor Star Healer

Healer Star Power Makeup - By saying these words, Yaten can transform into Sailor Star Healer. (No dubbed version yet)

Tuxedo Mask/Tuxedo Kamen

Mamoru transforms into Tuxedo Kamen by holding out his red rose.

Moonlight Knight

No transformation actually takes place. The Moonlight Knight just appeared when the Sailor Senshi were in trouble.
